When I decided to open my own real estate brokerage in Cedar Hill, the biggest guiding principle in my reason to do so was to have a bigger platform to give back to the community.

For every closing, we donate 5% of our profit to one of our chosen charities found below in our client’s name, and they get the option of choosing which of these charities the donation from their closing will help fund.

I’ve connected with each of these charities personally. I’ve seen the support they provide and know that they perform essential work directly serving clients in our community, and have made sure that they are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with professional leadership without extravagant overhead and budgets.

These are charities that are already doing critical work in our communities and that need our support to continue their efforts.
