How our Community Giving Works

When you allow us to help you find your new dream home, or help you sell your existing home, you choose from one of our hand-selected charities, and when your property closes, we donate 5% of our profit to your selected charity.

Lisa Speaks started her career as a real estate agent in 1999 in the DFW metroplex, and opened her own brokerage, Expressions Property, in 2015.

In addition to over 15 years of real estate experience, she has studied over 900 additional hours in real estate education classes to be able to bring you the highest level of expertise in residential and commercial sales.

Lisa believes in wins for everyone—which is why she started Expressions Property, taking a 3-fold approach to not just real estate but the communities in which her and her clients live, work and thrive – buying, selling, giving back.
