Lisa Speaks has been in real estate since 1999 as a real estate agent in the DFW metroplex. In 2015 she opened the brokerage Expressions Property. She has studied over 900 hours in real estate education classes to be able to bring you her expertise in residential and commercial sales. She believe in Wins for everyone—which is why she started Expressions Property.

Details and negotiation is what drives Lisa as she wants the buyer or seller to enjoy the process while she obtains the best price and perfect location for what they are looking for.

In addition, giving back to the community is what drives Lisa and her company, Expressions Property. A minimum of 5% of profits is invested in charities and the joy she gets to pass on really makes a difference. After each sale, Expressions partners with the buyer or seller and allows them to choose from the following charities to decide where they would like to see the portion of profits to be given to.
