For every closing, we donate 5% of our profit to one of our chosen charities found below in our client’s name, and they get the option of choosing which of these charities the donation from their closing will help fund.
I’ve connected with each of these charities personally. I’ve seen the support they provide and know that they perform essential work directly serving clients in our community, and have made sure that they are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with professional leadership without extravagant overhead and budgets.
These are charities that are already doing critical work in our communities and that need our support to continue their efforts.
Traffick911 is a North Texas-based non-profit organization existing to free youth from sex trafficking by building trust-based relationships.
You may believe that sex trafficking of children – or adults for that matter – doesn’t happen here in North Texas. But it does. And Traffic911 does important work to end it.

In 2017 We Began To Question Ourselves About What We Were Doing To Prevent Homelessness From Occurring.
We felt God leading us to reach families that were one crisis away from homelessness. Single income families in our own South Dallas communities that are making unlivable wages, struggling to provide basic needs for their children.
Cedar Hill Shares food pantry is a community-wide effort to alleviate hunger in our city. We pledge to provide food and other assistance, without discrimination, to eligible needy families living in the 75104 zip code and within the Cedar Hill Independent School District boundaries.
